　　东升塑料制品有限公司成立于1987年，是由中国长城计算机集团公司，东升工业总公司，香港德祥公司三方合资兴办的廊坊市第一家中外合资企业，注册资本333万美元，以生产各种塑料制品为主。　

　　公司座落在河北省霸州市胜芳镇北东升工业区内，地处京、津、保之间，交通十分便利，占地二万平方米，建筑面积五千平方米。引进美国SF3508、25万克低压发泡机1台、2万克发泡机2台，并有多种型号的注塑机20台。技术力量雄
